Current Work

Watti

Putting the marketing strategy behind the growth plan.

Watti is a growing energy consultancy with a clear ambition to challenge the traditional broker model.

The expertise was already there. What the business needed was greater clarity around where it was going, what made it different and how to turn that into a proposition that could support its growth.

JASi is working with the founders to provide the senior marketing direction — bringing the strategic thinking and structure, then turning that into a marketing plan that can be consistently delivered.

The first job wasn't more marketing. It was getting clear on what Watti wanted to own.

The Thinking

Don't just buy energy. Own it.

The energy consultancy market is crowded with businesses talking about procurement, contracts and savings.

Watti wanted to do something different.

We worked with the founders to get underneath what they actually wanted the business to stand for, who they most wanted to work with and the role Watti could play beyond simply finding a better energy deal.

That led us to a much stronger territory: helping businesses take greater control of their energy — how they buy it, understand it and manage it.

Don't just buy energy. Own it.

What happens next?

Turning the strategy into delivery.

With the positioning and proposition in place, the next job is to turn that thinking into a consistent marketing programme.

The sales story, messaging and content structure are being built around the same strategic direction, giving the business a much clearer framework for how it goes to market.

JASi will continue to provide the senior marketing direction, with Seb leading the ongoing delivery.

The strategy is in place. Now we make it work.
